EnableHER is a quarterly initiative by Postgres Women India that recognizes and celebrates women enabling the technology ecosystem beyond traditional technical roles.

From platform engineering and community building to marketing, operations, advocacy, and ecosystem support — EnableHER honors the contributors working behind the scenes to help communities and initiatives grow.

Because strong ecosystems are not built by code alone, but by the people who enable collaboration, visibility, leadership, and opportunity.
